Terms of service
PPC Forecast · Effective September 24, 2026
These terms govern your use of PPC Forecast, a paid search forecasting tool operated by DirectRoute Design. By using PPC Forecast or viewing a report produced with it, you agree to these terms.
The service
PPC Forecast lets DirectRoute Design staff estimate the search demand, cost and potential return of paid search campaigns, and share the results with clients as reports.
Forecasts are estimates, not guarantees
Reports combine data from Google with assumptions supplied by us or by you, such as conversion rate and order value. Search volumes and traffic forecasts are Google's estimates. Conversions, revenue and profit are modelled, not measured. Actual results depend on factors outside our control, including advertising quality, landing pages, competitor activity, seasonality and changes Google makes to its platforms.
No report is a promise or guarantee of any particular result. Treat reports as planning aids, and make spending decisions on your own judgement.
Shared reports
- A shared report link is intended for the client it was prepared for. Please do not publish it or share it beyond your organisation.
- We may revoke or expire a link at any time.
- A shared report shows data as it stood when the report was produced, and is not updated automatically.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to access reports, data or accounts you are not authorised to use;
- interfere with or disrupt the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
- use automated means to extract data from the service;
- use the service in breach of any law or of Google's policies.
Google data
Keyword data is supplied by the Google Ads API and remains subject to Google's terms. Google is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for PPC Forecast.
Ownership
DirectRoute Design owns PPC Forecast and its software. You own the business information you provide to us. Reports prepared for you may be used by your organisation for its own internal purposes.
Disclaimer

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DirectRoute Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue or advertising spend, arising from use of PPC Forecast or reliance on its reports. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms by posting a new version here and changing the effective date. We may suspend or end access to PPC Forecast at any time.
Governing law
